While I was extremely pleased with the facility and showroom, it was my salesperson ,Jacky Meherchandani, that set this experience apart from previous BMW purchases. I have purchased other 3 BMWs over the years, two of them in Germany, and this was by far the smoothest thanks to Jacky. Without pressuring me to buy, he answered every question I asked. His knowledge of BMWs is remarkable. He explained exactly how ordering a BMW worked and exactly what to expect. He gave honest personal opinions about options available and his suggestions were spot on. However, it wasn’t his vast of BMWs that made the experience stand out but his desire to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He was warm, personable, and extremely pleasant. He kept me informed of the status of my purchase through every step of the build so I could plan accordingly. By the time I left Crown I not only had a new car but what I would consider a new friend.
