My experiences are usually stellar, and this last visit wasn't much different, but was not the norm. It took additional trips to resolve the issue, which was ultimately minor and resolved. The team was diligent in getting it taken care of and were all courteous. I'd prefer to not be directed to a call center of sorts, as they are not yet versed on how to navigate calls and transfers, were seemingly unfamiliar with the service reps, and were unable to provide an accurate update on the status of my vehicle. The young woman I spoke with, Norissa I believe, tried but did not present as professionally as Tom G, Monyeta, Patricia or any of the other in-house BMW associates do. There was a notable difference but hopefully this will be worked out in time.

I was at the dealership all morning because I had to secure financing so they could start working in my car. However this turned out to be a truly wonderful experience because all of your staff were very patient and helpful while I was obtaining repair financing. I was shown the utmost respect and kindness. They were very knowledgeable. Top notch customer service from everyone.

The process was very seamless and my service rep was exceptionally helpful (thanks Josh!). I was very satisfied with the work done and the time it took to complete it.

I’ve always received excellent service from Richmond BMW. This last visit on April 4, 2023 was no exception. The Service Advisers are great at communicating with their clients. Tom Gemellaro has been my Adviser and he is terrific! Professional, engaging and makes you feel that your vehicle is in “good hands” at RVA BMW.
