My sales rep Marten was great and made the purchasing experience painless. I don't live close to Richmond BMW and am actually about 2 hours away so most of my interactions had to be done virtually but I never felt pressured and they were able to answer all the questions I had. In the end they were able to match the best offer I had on the X5 I was interested in and had it delivered to me within 2 days.

The staff was nice and friendly. Mike was terrific! He got the service done on my vehicle very quickly. We need more people like him.

Great experience working with Jonathan Bottoms. Process from identification to purchase went from Nov-Mar due to supply chain constraints and a recall but Jonathan kept me informed throughout. Great experience with Financing too. Everyone was organized and efficient. Oh, and the car is fantastic!

Limped my car in with a coolant leak. The staff at the desk was very helpful and were even able to get me a loaner car with no appointment. That was very much appreciated. I did receive a call with what they had found and an email with the description and the cost. Once I approved I did not receive any updates until the car was ready. Would have been nice to give me an idea of the time frame. The only issue I have with service at Crown is the cost. It appears from my invoice that the oil filter was $529? The staff is usually very helpful and friendly.

All Richmond BMW staff involved with our purchase were professional. Our sales associate, Kris, made sure we were absolutely satisfied with our chosen vehicle. He also dedicated the time required instructing us on the X3 features and functions including our mobile phone app setup. Incidentally, this is our second BMW purchase from Crown. The first was a new 2022 330i purchased at Midlothian BMW.
