Although the substantive service was top notch and my service advisor was great, as always, I had a coupon for a free "birthday" car wash. I got the exterior car wash but when I picked up my car, it was wet in places and there was tire black splattered on the fenders of my white 430i BMW convertible which I had to wipe off myself. Happy birthday to me.

I received very good service. Josh was very professional.

Oil change service was completed on time as requested. Leak in cooling system was identified and parts ordered. I will return when possible to have the new parts installed.
