Vehicle was driven from a different dealership. Unfortunately, that caused the vehicle odometer to have 100+ miles on it before I purchased.Driving it down may be a consequence of needing to meet the Spring Sales Event financing offer deadline, but honestly, the car should’ve been delivered on a separate truck to keep its mileage down, or offered me to pick it up at the other dealership instead so I could drive it from there. I wasn’t given that option.I had to negotiate a “pre-sale” agreement without the vehicle on the lot on a Saturday. This is a consequence of Mitsu’s limited availability of the vehicle trim and color I wanted. The car had to be driven down from another store to finalize the sale and I returned on a Monday. At the time of arrival, I had to look around the vehicle to check it again and ensure the features I was wanting were actually included. The sale process had to happen twice. Mitsubishi’s outlander is a great product, but the combination of the black, grey/blue with brown interior on the SEL is limited. I think producing more of these (as opposed to the fire red or white exterior combinations with the brown interior) would sell a lot more vehicles.Read first comment page. Mitsubishi should not be retreating from the US market. Invest in your facilities! It was very old and small and not in an easy location to get to. The signage is not very visible to passing cars and the lot for showcasing new vehicle models and products along the street is VERY small.I believe the outlander SEL trim and its quality interior, beat any comparable model in its class. The engine itself is something to be desired as far as power, but I don’t care because the rest of the vehicle is so impressive.I am a huge fan of the mitsubishi brand, however, it is very evident the company intends to leave the US market soon or doesn’t care about it - limited vehicle model offerings and a lack of investment in its showrooms tells me this loud and clear.Bring full EV products to the US market and revive the Lancer model with sport and EV offerings - Mitsubishi would absolutely thrive in the US.Website vehicle search crashed a few times.Don’t gimmick your customers by applying one discount to the total price when there are multiple other optional discounts that may apply and replace the discount as shown on the website.Treat your customers as if they are intelligent. Someone wanting to spend a lot of money to purchase a vehicle requires transparent pricing and simple, communicative numbers. If people feel fooled by the pricing or have to do mental gymnastics figuring out a rough price estimate on the website, they will look elsewhere.

I don't think four is a bad number. When I got back from IHOP I went to the seating area in the first seat that I sat on broke.I only selected four so I could leave a comment. The service manager took down additional information and some of my concerns about my vehicle that is was only four months old and bring attention to the dent above my gas lid that I noticed after I brought it home.

Sign could be easier to see from road idk this is knit pickingI would say my only real issue with the dealership so far has been sales people lying about things and we’re just making things up to me and pretty much my only issues that have stemmed from my interactions with Mitsubishi has stemmed from the sales people just blowing and going or talking out their ass

You have a good product and the years have shown this. You also changes product lines and fortify or change key SKU´s. That is smart. The product and it expose´ speaks for its self.I have already recommened the dealer to a friend that is looking to buy. The salesman specifically. Ty James made a great diffrence. I shopped and studied my options with your competition and settled on the Outlander also becuase I used an Endevour from 2010 to 2025. Loved it.

Wasn’t contacted when the part didn’t come in as scheduled I had to follow up about what happened to the partIt’s usually very chilly in the customer waiting area (it’s by an it’s by an outdoor door that staff go in and outside door staff uses to lot) and there’s no liquid creamer in the coffee area. The chairs are comfortable And they offered a Keurig with coffee. The issues on my ticket were not solved that dayHe came to me and explained about the issue with my windshield, but then I ended up getting charged for the modification which I wasn’t told I would be. I didn’t replace the the windshield and I never heard about this when I came in to have it checked by the mechanic the first time.I would appreciate if they would do a multi point inspection and the mechanics want to talk to you instead of trying not to look at anything because your car has a warranty. Both times I was there and had issues it was shrugged offI had to insist for them to look at the other issue that was on my ticket and then they finally hit the last second test drove my vehicle and said oh yeah we feel it and see the problem, but we’re not gonna fix it

I overheard what appeared to be a sales guy and a member of the car cleaning or outside crew arguing with each other pretty seriously.
