Sign could be easier to see from road idk this is knit pickingI would say my only real issue with the dealership so far has been sales people lying about things and we’re just making things up to me and pretty much my only issues that have stemmed from my interactions with Mitsubishi has stemmed from the sales people just blowing and going or talking out their ass

You have a good product and the years have shown this. You also changes product lines and fortify or change key SKU´s. That is smart. The product and it expose´ speaks for its self.I have already recommened the dealer to a friend that is looking to buy. The salesman specifically. Ty James made a great diffrence. I shopped and studied my options with your competition and settled on the Outlander also becuase I used an Endevour from 2010 to 2025. Loved it.

Wasn’t contacted when the part didn’t come in as scheduled I had to follow up about what happened to the partIt’s usually very chilly in the customer waiting area (it’s by an it’s by an outdoor door that staff go in and outside door staff uses to lot) and there’s no liquid creamer in the coffee area. The chairs are comfortable And they offered a Keurig with coffee. The issues on my ticket were not solved that dayHe came to me and explained about the issue with my windshield, but then I ended up getting charged for the modification which I wasn’t told I would be. I didn’t replace the the windshield and I never heard about this when I came in to have it checked by the mechanic the first time.I would appreciate if they would do a multi point inspection and the mechanics want to talk to you instead of trying not to look at anything because your car has a warranty. Both times I was there and had issues it was shrugged offI had to insist for them to look at the other issue that was on my ticket and then they finally hit the last second test drove my vehicle and said oh yeah we feel it and see the problem, but we’re not gonna fix it

I overheard what appeared to be a sales guy and a member of the car cleaning or outside crew arguing with each other pretty seriously.

They never seem to know that we are scheduled and aren't prepared when we get there. We were getting an oil change. We dropped it off the night before our appointment and had to call the next afternoon to see if it was ready and it wasn't ready yet. So they basically took an entire day to do an oil change then they had to order part which should have been in stock and that took a week so we had to give them our car for a day two weeks in a row.Overall, I believe the management changed sometime last year and it has been disorganized and not as nice since. I am also very disappointed that they don't have lender cars. If you are going to take an entire day to do an oil change, you need to give the customer a lender car. They had to replace a windshield wiper unit and for some reason didn't have them in stock and it took them a week to get the part. This just seems incredibly odd that they wouldn't have a basic part like a windshield washer unit.We have brought our car in twice now for an oil change and both times they never called us to let us know it was ready. We had to call them in the late afternoon and they always reply. It should be ready soon. If you drop your car off in the morning or the night before it should be ready by 11 AM the next day when the appointment is not late afternoon as an afterthought of oh we need to do this oil change. We didn't think the service was a perfect 10. I have worked for a dealership in the past so I'm familiar with the level of customer service that people expect.Below are the issues/concerns that we encountered twice now:1) the people in the service department don't seem to know the schedule. The first time we came in we made an appointment the day of the sale. They had no idea about it.2) we have brought the car in twice, dropping it off the night before because we live 30 minutes away. Both times the car wasn't done until the very last part of the day. Meaning 5:00. We never got a call both times, we always have to call.3) when we do call to see if our car is ready no matter who answers the phone they always seem to have no idea what is going on. Whether we call in the morning or the afternoon it seems like that is the point when they start the work on the car.4) we probably wouldn't have purchased this Mitsubishi, although we love the brand, if we knew that the business was going to be sold or under new management within weeks of the purchase.5) when we had a repair done, the people in the service department discussed they're being a charge and weren't even aware that we had purchased the extra insurance from Mitsubishi that covers our car bumper-to-bumper for 100,000 miles.6) this dealership does not have any loaner cars. My husband uses this car for work and travels daily. We requested an oil change and a repair to a windshield wiper. The service department broke a handle in the back of the car when they were making some sort of Repair so a simple oil change and windshield wiper repair turned into two days of having no car and no lender. If you want to compete with other car manufacturers, you really need to have a lender vehicle available.
