The line of waiting cars for service was so long that if I had parked behind the last car I would have blocked off totally the entrance to your dealership on the Service Department side of your building!! Your dealership lost significant space to serve your customers when you moved to your newest location.I’ve already discussed all your shortfalls in my other responses!In other dealerships, my car gets an exterior car wash and the Service Coordinator has my car brought to the Service Door of the dealership. I’m thanked for doing business with them and asked if I have any questions.None of that excellent customer service happens at your dealership! None.It’s unfortunate, but I now need to look for an alternate Mitsubishi dealership in the Richmond area! I just can’t accept the chaos and lack of customer’s time respect at yours.See all my prior comments! I well described this areas many problems in the prior comments. Let’s just say a Zero score is well deserved by this understaffed, poorly managed dealership!See previous response. Very poor customer service as my appointment was at 1:00 for a 30 minute job. I got my car back at 3:30.You are significantly understaffed at your counter in the Service Department! No communication at all by your staff in spite of me getting my car back 2 hours later than I should have. See first response to survey question.

Fix up your service/waiting room area need some up grades. Maybe show some mitsubishi accessories to sell hats, clothes, and interior rubber mats.Easy to work with quick turnaround service.

I came in on Saturday to get my car. I did not know service was closed. Because I needed my vehicle, they worked very hard to get it cleared, so I could pick it up. They did a great job, and I was able to pick up my vehicle. This was critically important to me. Thank you for all your help.Took care of problems. They did scheduled maintenance.
