This is a comment for corporate, regarding the design of the Outlander Sport. Please add an electric drivers seat to this model. I am shorter, and this is my first new car, but I had no option to choose this type of seat. They are much more comfortable, in my opinion. Thank you!Friendly, competent staff, who answered all of my questions. Sean and Reese are over the top, they really care.I dreaded the document signing, due to past experience, but Stuart made the process easy and non~stressful .Nick runs a tight ship, and all of his employees, that I met love working under him. I look forward to my first service appointment, so I can see my Mitsubishi family!

It's not in the greatest area of Richmond.See previous note.I made the initial 6 month appointment when we bought the car - they made a big deal about having to schedule it then. When it came time to go to the appointment, they didn't have it on the books. Then we dropped the car off the night before and when we called the next day at 3:00, they had no idea about it. I called back 10 minutes later and they said "it's done!" I just think the whole situation was weird.We love the brand for it's reliability and affordability. Richmond Mitsubishi South in general is good, the location isn't convenient for us, but no complaints overall.

Upon my arrival they got us in nearly immediately. It took the amount of time they had indicated it would take. We waited on site about 40 minutes for the update to the computer. I was there for a recall repair. We were on our way quickly with friendly service.
