Room for improvement on the financial managerial aspects as mentioned previously. It took awhile for the back and forth which could have been mitigated by a simple conversation with the financial person. It also took time to get our final offer on paper for us to view and sign. Ty James was very helpful in getting this to us.Ty James, our sales consultant, did a great job. However, the sales manager handling the final cost offers, never came out himself to greet us or explain any of the terms. We could see him sitting in his office while Ty James had to go back and forth to do our bidding.We had a good experience and would recommend.We did not rely bin the website

I absolutely love my vehicle. The experience of buying a car can be very stressful, this was actually one of the easiest things I had done in a while. I truly hope you all continue to offer above standard vehicles at excellent pricing. The Mirage really is my absolute favorite car I have ever owned at the ripe age of 44.The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was greeted right away and any questions that I had were answered very quickly and straight to the point. I needed a vehicle right away and had looked online at Mitsubishi's Mirage. Nobody in the United States offers a reliable and fully loaded car at Rock Bottom pricing.
