The cabin filter was not replaced because they didn’t have any. The young lady explained this to me and reassured me that it would be done at the next service visit.Customer service here is top tier! The environment is friendly and those who worked with you during the purchase of the vehicle greet you warmly.

If I answered no it was possibly because I didn't try to use those thingsI only came in for an oil change, but believe my fluids and battery should've been checked and topped off. The next day I had to have my battery checked to find out I had dead cells in my battery.I don't believe I received a multi point inspection.

I’ve been using Mitsubishi products since the early 90s countryside. Mitsubishi has a policy of washing your vehicle before they return it to you. I would love to see that service here in Mississippi.
