I didn't drop my car off, I waited. My wait was not long. I arrived approximately ten minutes before my appointment. Within five minutes or less I was informed they were working on my car. I would estimate waiting 20 to 25 minutes before I was informed my vehicle was completed.I would and have highly recommended Ridgeland Mitsubishi to family and friends. I dropped by just looking and left with a new vehicle. The experience was fast and efficient.
