Isaiah was an excellent salesman

The lady who checked me in was very professional, but I noticed music coming from tv in customer area was extremely loud. While in the customer area the tv went off she came back to turn it on, but we the customers, told her not to as no one wanted to hear that type music. Another male employee (short man) came in and I assumed asked her about the tv and got upset that we the customers didn’t want to hear loud music from the tv in the customer area. He came in, said something about the tv must be on at all time, turned to the news, still to loud, left out, came back and turn the tv back to the loud music. I felt that was very unprofessional as the tv in the customer area is for the customers not the employees.The mechanics seem to be knowledgeable about the vehicle. The lady who checked me in was very nice and friendly
