These apartments are cockroach infested and the maintenance is horrible. The washers continually break and the heater boards do not work.

For the two year that I lived at Ridgemore.. it wasn't a pleasant stay. With all the horrible conditions I had to endure I was relieved to leave. The resident that lived there. Caused so must stress gun shootings, drug lords and users, latch key delinquents destroying your property..and their parents laughed. Adults. Joined in with destruction of property. Fire works in picnic area all times of night. Throwing them down freezeways. And laughing. Drugs all over the place. Homeless living in laundry room area Residents.. screaming yelling, scraping the walls, feelings, music loudly, the list goes on and on But mostly living with cockroachs.. unacceptable!! Disgusting!! I had hate graffiti on my door, santanic symbols in salt at my door.. I had. The resident in apt 101. Try to Serenade my daughter, giving gifts , had sexual harassment gestures towards my daughter When she said no stop I'm not interested..that's when things became hard.. with him . I had the most miserable stay.. unless you were Hispanic. Or a trouble maker. You were ignored and treated poorly.

I would give a zero star rating if I could. Over the course of 5 years in the community we dealt with people smoking in almost every apartment in our building and tenants that smoked in the laundry room (definitely hard drugs) and management ignored the issue completely. I dealt with leaks, black mold, and German cockroaches and the management and maintenance teams poor communication led to us not having a usable kitchen for months. I have seen the management and maintenance team change so often they hardly ever came to check for maintenance requests. I didn’t get a single thing that needed to actually be fixed correctly for one, and for some two if they did show up they ignored the major issues and would say they would come back and never did. The worst experience I have had renting thus far.

I gave these ratings if I could do a zero I would because we had to vacate because the company changed out managers every month also me and my daughter both are ill long time illness due to the mold exposure because the company when it come and do anything about it for months so we had to live with this for the rest of our lives. Heart communication between management and when management say they're going to do something nothing gets done agreements get broke so overall the year and a half almost two years we've been there things weren't so good I paid my rent on time for the first year until I got sick and I was in and out of the hospital because of the company at ridgemoor so yeah not so great it's not fair to me and my daughter we have to live with this illness because of for maintenance and communication.

Overall living experience was good. 4 stars were given due to the community aspect. Smell of smoke in the halls, upkeep of grounds, damaged equipment, etc. Management communication was great throughout move-out process. 4 stars for refund as I have not recieved it yet.
