I have lived here 7 years. Maintenance has always been an issue but it has improved dramatically in the last year. Im glad I don’t live in the high rise though because the bridge to the main entrance has been closed for almost a year.

The office staff are rude on a regular basis. We were informed that we would be charged $35 per item to remove any item left.

Theft is rampant here. Anything not delivered directly to apartment seems to be fair game.People need to pick up after their dogs.A folding table & hanging rod in the laundry room would be greatly appreciated.

When I first came to Ridgemore, it was ran very well. Now it has the equivalent of an office temp with a really bad attitude. It really seems like some people just flat out. Don’t care anymore. This used to be a secure building and now anybody can just walk right in.
