Everything is good

They can’t seem to keep a manager for very long.

I have lived here for 5 months and I have had roach issues since day one and nothing is improving. I am extremely miserable and stressed out. I can’t enjoy my own place!

I have upstairs neighbors that I complain about on s weekly basis about waking me up all tje time by stomping around and dropping things.I feel nothing is ever done about it because they continue to do it. So because of this i feel staggering just doesn't care since they let them get away with it.

Our washer and dryer has been broken in our unit and we requested for it to be fixed and it hasn’t been. They put a nail in it to fix it, but the nail is ripping my clothes and it has to be duct taped to even keep it closed..

I would like to see a little better quality of people in this community.

These apartments are cockroach infested and the maintenance is horrible. The washers continually break and the heater boards do not work.

For the two year that I lived at Ridgemore.. it wasn't a pleasant stay.With all the horrible conditions I had to endureI was relieved to leave.The resident that lived there. Caused so must stress gun shootings, drug lords and users, latch key delinquents destroying your property..and their parents laughed. Adults. Joined in with destruction of property. Fire works in picnic area all times of night. Throwing them down freezeways. And laughing. Drugs all over the place. Homeless living in laundry room areaResidents.. screaming yelling, scraping the walls, feelings, music loudly, the list goes on and onBut mostly living with cockroachs.. unacceptable!!Disgusting!!I had hate graffiti on my door, santanic symbols in salt at my door.. I had. The resident in apt 101. Try to Serenade my daughter, giving gifts , had sexual harassment gestures towards my daughterWhen she said no stop I'm not interested..that's when things became hard.. with him .I had the most miserable stay.. unless you were Hispanic. Or a trouble maker. You were ignored and treated poorly.

Front door unlocked broken. Basement door Same. once every month someone actually cleans the floor and Carpeting Maybe. Office hours stink for me. I have lived in this dump going on 5 years. It has only gotten worse except for most maintenace .
