I would give a zero star rating if I could. Over the course of 5 years in the community we dealt with people smoking in almost every apartment in our building and tenants that smoked in the laundry room (definitely hard drugs) and management ignored the issue completely. I dealt with leaks, black mold, and German cockroaches and the management and maintenance teams poor communication led to us not having a usable kitchen for months. I have seen the management and maintenance team change so often they hardly ever came to check for maintenance requests. I didn’t get a single thing that needed to actually be fixed correctly for one, and for some two if they did show up they ignored the major issues and would say they would come back and never did. The worst experience I have had renting thus far.

homeless has been running a muck through out building for over a year back door has been broken for over a year been asking since I moved in to get it fixed caught homeless having sex and doing drugs in stairwells packages always getting stolen violence is on the arise in area child predators living in building security never shows when I call them laundry stolen few times smelling drugs throughout building naughbers blasting music all hours of day and night management been switched several times since I moved in maintenance half of time doesn't speak English or understand you so you can't communicate the maintenance work is not good they had to redo the same work a couple of times apartments above my leaking water in to closet cosed mold asked maintenance to clean the said I could do it I can't I'm allergic to penicillin with that's what mold makes penicillin I swell abd brake in to hives and reaches and the list goes on

I gave these ratings if I could do a zero I would because we had to vacate because the company changed out managers every month also me and my daughter both are ill long time illness due to the mold exposure because the company when it come and do anything about it for months so we had to live with this for the rest of our lives. Heart communication between management and when management say they're going to do something nothing gets done agreements get broke so overall the year and a half almost two years we've been there things weren't so good I paid my rent on time for the first year until I got sick and I was in and out of the hospital because of the company at ridgemoor so yeah not so great it's not fair to me and my daughter we have to live with this illness because of for maintenance and communication.
