More increase, cost of living goes up, our insurance goes which my 3% covers so I don’t see an increase. Put more staff on floor for safety of patients and staff. They are more for the bottom dollar. More food not pizza.

Get rid of Chris he's ruining Ridgeview and he's sabotaging the hiring process in order to hire agency staff. He told several staff that once he secures getting agencies to come in they should sign up with the agency to get more money. Chris is poor leadership.
