On the previous question it doesn't allow me to select all that apply but I have experienced racial and sexual discrimination from management.I have experienced a lot of things that are very unethical in this facility as well as witnessed so many unethical things happening to co workersThere's a lot of gossip and unprofessional behaviors from those with any authority in my particular department. I think this facility needs to re evaluate those in leadership positions in the department I work in particularlyI don't feel the environment is safe on the units or off the units. There is nothing being done about issues in this place. No supervision over the patients , on the weekends patients are all allowed to sleep all day in every room,they Roam the halls while techs and nurses are sitting at the nurses station laughing and giggling and I have even witnessed patients being asleep in there rooms behind the double doors closed. It's unsafe.

Provide regular customer service and professionalism training to all patient-facing staff.Replace all night staff; 99% of complaints I receive from all the units are about night staff.Replace all upper management who were present at the last JCO visit who did not follow through with the changes that were to be implemented. They were responsible for ensuring this hospital's success, but have now placed it, and everyone's jobs, in jeopardy because of their dereliction of duty. They need to go.
