A lot, hiring competent nurses and not people who have work with the CNO before and don't know what they are doing.kadeka very disrespectful nurse and does not even know her job as a nurse. Pay rates are very low comparing other psych hositals

If I could have give negative 10 for David Christopher Castillo I would! When I score manager I'm speaking on Chris and absolutely no one else. Chris NEVER shows up for ANYTHING! He doesn't appreciate or show appreciation. He doesn't take responsibility for ANYTHING. Over the past THREE weeks Chris wasn't there for ANY of the events that caused injury and could have caused so much more injury and affected staff and patient safety. HE NEVER SHOWS UP AS A LEADER!!! EVER!!! Sherri is ALWAYS there ALWAYS!!! Demi would have been there Sheryl would to BUT THAT CHRIS IS NEVER PRESENT!! He couldn't even show appreciation during nursing or hospital week! He a POOR excuse for a leader!!! SHOW UP FOR YOUR TEAM THE PEOPLE THAT LEAVE THEIR FAMILIES EVERYY AND SHOW UP AT RIM!! Have some respect for that ! He didn't show up during snow storms or times when there was excess call outs , on Mother's Day weekend HE NEVER SHOWS UP ! But you know who does ??!! SHERRI! When we are short nurses WHERE'S Chris ??? It's like finding Waldo! But you know who's there ? Sherri! You know who's working units and touching the pulse of the staff and patients !?? SHERRI! You know who would have been there MIKE SMITH!!!Ridgeview is not a priority to Chris ! And that's a major part of the problem. He's a HUGE LIAR! He literally lies about EVERYTHING!Patient safety STAFF SAFETY is a major concern !!Ridgeview hasn't consider the cost of living in YEAR! People need more than 3 percent to survive. Thats why people are leaving or getting other jobs instead of focusing on Ridgeview. Ridgeview use to be a place that everyone ( all of the staff) loved and wanted to come to work.We lost some amazing people under Chris's leadership and he didn't care because he wants to bring in agency. It shouldn't be allowed for him to interview and bring in "his people" people that he has personal relationships with. But he does!!!

Protecting staff and doing what is right by them. I don’t feel safe going to my head supervisor CNO Mr.Castillo but other than that protection is big on my part

Poor CNO leadership. He’s never run a unit so how can he tell us how to do it. He’s never run doesn’t come help when staffing is critical

Needs securityUnsafe conditions with the nurses station being wide open and accessible by patients. I am accustomed to being behind plexiglass and having security on the premises. Since I’ve been here staffing has been very short and expectation is to work through it, even though it presents as a safety issue. I do not feel safe here due to short staff and accessible nurse station providing no protection.
