Give staff fair wages, especially Mhts. Ensure patients have sufficient supplies. Whenever there are no techs or nurses available, cut down on admission intake. Making large profits should not be everything, we only end up paying more law suits as a result of greed. Vetting patients more carefully to protect both patients and staff.

Communication all communication can be improved. All changes that are made have been said "corporate" has said this is happening yet Corporate says that each hospital controls what happens in each hospital.Check the people who clock in at the building but clock out from their phone every time they work.Patient belonging should have a person over keeping the area in order. Stop MHT's and nurses from having acces would help the most.

Could improve on having a trusting work environment.

Needs to be adequately staffed on the units. I have seen one nurse with a whole unit of patients

1)My personal belief is that compensation reviews during the year will be more beneficial to staff vs annual review.2) Concerns and issues should be directly communicated to the individual rather than through a broad generated email, especially with leaders of departments.

RIM needs to completely improve so much starting with Chris Castillo. Chris is an awful representative of leadership. He's not a leader at all. He came in having closed door conversations with staff, Chris has a list of staff that he planned on terminating. Chris has slowly shown this to be true by doing just so terminating staff. If you check his record he's done same in previous jobs. Chris created a hostile work environment since he came to Ridgeview. The Turn over rate is at an all time high since November when Chris arrived. Please check the records. Staff is resigning and will continue to do so under his leadership. He promises salary increase and promotions. He shows favoritism. He's disrespectful and unfair.

Compensation/salary increase (i.e. daytime MHTs and nurses should receive a higher pay rate because we do more work and interact with patients and families much, much more during the day.Safety for staff (i.e., having the proper staff to patient ratios).Having adequate supplies and consistent access to them (i.e., the storage/supply room should be accessable to all nurses and MHTs on all shifts and each unit should have its own working vitals machine).Providing enough access to therapeutic tools and resources daily (i.e., crayons, playing cards, puzzles, coloring pages, crosswords, word search and other games, as well as access to paid safe TV/Movie programming such as Disney, Paramount, Hallmark, Discovery, History Channel, etc. and more group therapy sessions.PLEASE find a more customer and service driven food services vendor or staff. The current food service is rude, indifferent and extremely adverse to team work or suggestions for improvement. Food trays are currently delivered to the wrong units all day and it places unnecessary burden and stress on MHT staff to sort out the trays, find trays on other units and resolve issues to serve our patients in a timely manner. The food service team is usually defensive, disrespectful, and combative when staff makes attempts to resolve these issues.

Everything!
