Increase pay. The cost of living and pay rate doesn't match. Across the board Ridgeview makes about $10 less hourly in every positionWhen im saying superior cuts NOT Sherri, sheryl it's CHRIS!! Chris is awful with absolutely no leadership qualities and he's very unprofessional. Demi was fired unlawfully and unfair. Everyone knows that Chris has a list of staff that he plans on firing Demi and prosper were both on the list and TARGETED! Chris has caused a hostile work environment and this why we have lost and will lose more staff! Also Chris showed favoritism.doesnt write up his friends and allows them to miss so many days off! He allows some to have prn status and other not that's why he's losing staff! Investigate this !

Thank you for the question. I feel that one of the most important aspects of this role is ensuring both staff and patients feel supported and safe. I believe leadership plays a major role in creating a positive environment for patient care and staff success.I also think continued education regarding patient behaviors, treatment plans, and medications is extremely important because it helps staff communicate more effectively and provide better care. Strong communication within the team improves patient outcomes and creates a more efficient workplace overall. In addition, I believe staffing support is very important, as adequate staffing allows employees to perform their duties safely and effectively. Overall, I think the team does a very good job maintaining communication and supporting one another, although I do feel healthcare workers deserve greater compensation for the level of responsibility and care they provide.

Give staff fair wages, especially Mhts. Ensure patients have sufficient supplies. Whenever there are no techs or nurses available, cut down on admission intake. Making large profits should not be everything, we only end up paying more law suits as a result of greed. Vetting patients more carefully to protect both patients and staff.

Communication all communication can be improved. All changes that are made have been said "corporate" has said this is happening yet Corporate says that each hospital controls what happens in each hospital.Check the people who clock in at the building but clock out from their phone every time they work.Patient belonging should have a person over keeping the area in order. Stop MHT's and nurses from having acces would help the most.

1)My personal belief is that compensation reviews during the year will be more beneficial to staff vs annual review.2) Concerns and issues should be directly communicated to the individual rather than through a broad generated email, especially with leaders of departments.
