Known hostile employees not deciplined. Not a team player environment. Employees coming to work in casual slides and socks. Half an hour break not enforced by management. Definitely an environment of nepotism, favorite employees allowed to be disrespectful to peers and some calling out multiple times without consequences. Not staffing by acuity. Room/bathrooms not cleaned/sanitizer between patients. Hiring incompetent staff. Constantly running out of supplies.
