Ridgeview Institute Smyrna could improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture by focusing on several key areas. Providing employees with competitive, living wages that reflect the demands and responsibilities of their roles would help improve morale, retention, and overall job performance. Additionally, fostering a culture of mutual respect and professionalism between leadership and staff is essential. Employees are more likely to feel valued and motivated when upper management communicates effectively, listens to concerns, and treats all team members with fairness and respect. Strengthening support for frontline staff, improving staffing levels, and encouraging open communication could also contribute to a healthier and more productive work environment.

A lot... we not have enough staff in which we are doing a HUGE disservice to the patients in outpatient in which patients are in groups they should not be in. Staff are being let go left and right, there is a massive issue with turnover. I'm afraid I am going to lose my job due to the fact so many people have been let go lately. I do my job well and there is no reason I should be let go but the fear is there. There is very little support from my coworkers, I feel very alone in this role. My supervisor does not make time to speak with me and when I ask to speak to him will tell me to send him an email. I have so many job duties that are outside of my job description that take away from doing my actual job. The elevator in pro-north has been broken for weeks which is against ADA law. We are overworked and underpaid, which is the huge reason staff keep leaving.

A comprehensive list of what doctors are on staff with accurate contact information as well as the PA/NP’s that are covering for them and their accurate contact information.A better system to know who is being discharged and when. This gap creates a lot of uncertainty, anxiety, and causes patients to act out and codes to be called.
