At least 2 techs (very important) and 2 RN,s on cottage C2 would be a great safety boost. The one tech almost got hurt by a pt. Even though the code response arrived. On time.Keep staff in the population they work best for better outcome.I will commend Mr. Keith for his consistency in checking in with staff, always ready to pickup the phone and answer any questions you may have. Good leadership skill.On the other hand, I wish some of the supervisor’s on duty can plug in take report and fill a spot in a case of call outs until they get someone to come in as a replacement.Thank you.
