staff need to be more compassionate and empatheticstaff should have a passion for the work that they do if not its to the place for themmanagers need to listen to the concerns of the staff instead of writing them up when it could've been preventedlastly i suggest more solution based meetingspower and control from staff to patients is overwhelming to witness

Upper level management needs more competent staffing capable of understanding the job requirements of the lower level roles.
