Team building activitiesIncentivesRob the program manager is not a team player. He is disrespectful he is a liar and he is insubordinate. Rob mishandles clients by provoking them and dismissing them. Rob tends to cause a hostile work environment. Rob has caused many good employees to resign. I have almost resigned due to Rob’s antics.

I feel like Ridgeview need to be more organized with the orientation process . I’m am new and don’t feel Iike I got a clear understanding or my job and how things work in my department. The lack of staff makes things harder and then requires us to do other people job’s. I also noticed that a lot of people are new and everyone is learning as they go. The grounds also need to be upkept, I have to constantly be aware of the spiders on the grounds. The offices are cold and not clean there are spiders. We ask for the other departments to help with IT or maintenance but since they are low staffed it takes awhile to get help.I work in the outpatient and feel like we need techs to help support our staff.

I would like to recommend the implementation of metal detectors or an alternative security screening system to prevent inappropriate or unsafe items from being brought into group sessions. This measure would significantly enhance the safety and well-being of both clients and staff.Additionally, the Outpatient facility would benefit from structural and aesthetic improvements, including enhanced lighting, a fresh paint application, and overall building maintenance to create a more professional and therapeutic environment conducive to client care.Lastly, I recommend the installation of security cameras in hallways and common areas to ensure safety, accountability, and protection for clients, staff, and the facility. Collectively, these enhancements would strengthen our program’s commitment to safety, quality care, and operational excellence.None. Already stated .

Communication from nursing supervisors needs a show of greater respect to lower-level employees and a show of employee favoritism should be avoided.Patients need to be screened for communicable diseases prior to entering the cottages, and immediately isolated if a communicable health issue is detected after being admitted to a cottage. COVID-19 is here to stay, and TB skin tests need to be simultaneously evaluated and documented by two nurses, and appropriate action immediately taken if needed. Nurses need information on how to prioritize patients' care requiring immediate attention compared to other patients not requiring urgent attention or care. Nurses need information on issues associated with altering another nurse's charted medications given to patients and with written documentation done on patients by other nurses.
