I think in all departments they should have educational service every 3 months because things evolve and things change. We should learn something new everyday I think a continue education class need to happen for all the apartment especially the MHTI see a lot of time MHT ignore patient. Safety course they will sit instead of interact with the patient. You have good ones and you have one that comes and just sit and eat and use the bathroom

Better communication between departments and better communication with patients and families, updating the facility i.e new paint, new heating and cooling systems, getting rid of mold, hire staff that are compassionate and reliable, more in depth training for new hires.I do not work on the units with the patients so I cannot properly make comments about patient safety, errors or event reporting.

There needs to be repercussion and accountability implemented. I have been working for Ridgeview for a month and a half and one of my collogues has been out 5 days with no repercussions or accountability. When therapists call out last minute it causes chaos in which patients are assigned to other therapists which puts more work on them and disrupts the flow of services.Program Coordinator Rob Hunton needs to be spoken to about respecting his colleagues. He is continuously rude, degrades others, and does not take accountability for his actions. There have been several staff since I've been here that have left Ridgeview because of him specifically. Before giving a directive, corporates needs to communicate with the people on the ground. I have been given several directives from corporate thus far that have caused so many issues because they do not understand what we are doing on a daily basis and how when they tell us to implement things, they do not realize the other programs that it interferes with. The Alumni need to be valued and not just viewed as a funding source. In the outpatient program, patients are often walking around without supervision. This recently led to an incident in which a patient who was staying at the recovery residence left campus to walk to QT to get cigarettes. Patients are often walking out of group and staff do not know where they are going.

- Having a centralized folder or google document that can be updated with all of the forms needed to document and communicate.- having the policy easily accessible when staff has questions about procedures. Examples: guidelines for having 1:1 patients, how to contact/communicate with providers, clear chain of communication, how to submit maintenance orders.

The CNO needs to be observed. Shes a true racist and shows favoritism towards whom she like. Once you get on her eye site shes unprofessional and micro manages. Shes not a healthy team player. Supervisor are not good either they love the title but never there to help! Going to work here feels like being a slaved prisonerPt safety is always an issue. Access 95% do nit do their safety checks leaving PTS bringing in weapons and drugs.
