Some of the outpatient staff members have not been getting along in the past 6 months (I have witnessed but not participated in). Several staff members have left, and we have new people starting. I hope there will no longer be problems. We have a history of some bad management as well (those outpatient managers were fired). The managers we have liked in the past few years did not stay. Our new manager seems nice and has a good approach since joining the team. I hope he stays.
