Ridgeview Institute Smyrna could improve by updating some of its systems and internal processes. MedHost feels outdated at times, and it can slow down workflow. It would also be helpful to have better communication tools for employees, such as Microsoft Teams and OneNote. Teams would allow staff to communicate quickly through instant messaging, and OneNote could help departments keep shared notes, procedures, updates, and training information in one organized place. These tools could improve communication, reduce delays, and help employees work more efficiently.

Higher pay rates for entry-level positions, more in-depth training, recurring mental health refreshers, and the incorporation of empathy and compassion training.

Making sure everybody clocks in on time. It is entirely too hot on cottage B (staff have to buy fans and the patients are given ice packs). There is not enough resources for the kids, like games or activities. I find it extremely difficult to find out which provider to call in emergency’s especially on the weekends. Some codes don’t get responses.
