Ridgeview would benefit from additional training focused on empathy, compassion, kindness, professionalism, and effective communication. These skills play a critical role in patient care, de-escalation, teamwork, and the overall patient experience. Regular training and reinforcement in these areas could help strengthen staff interactions with patients, families, and coworkers while promoting a more therapeutic and supportive environment.

When someone picks up they should be able to go where they picked up atStaffing is short or over not adequateSome supervisors aren’t knowledgeable and rude. They either don’t know what to do on the floor or they are talking to you very disrespectful.Pay is badSome Nurses are rude and disrespectful and it’s allowed due to the length of time they have been employed here. Many of the staff are reported or written up and nothing in the behavior changes. This messes with morale and productivity
