Probably supplied with things such as pens, markers, highlighters, scissors, stick notes etc. Cottages has phone extensions easily accessible and don’t have to be a struggle to figure out who to call. The cottages need to be more organized and ran more efficiently. Actually use the assignment sheets and assign roles so people actually do their jobs and not left on one person doing everything . More strict on safety rounds and have mht actually sit in the day room and put eyes on patients when in the room. Offering more groups for the adolescents units. There’s not enough structure or groups for them as compared to the adult cottages. Proper air ventilation to have the cottages at a comfortable temperature. Different variety of snacks for the patients. Better ratios patients: staff. Access calling report and not just dropping patient off to the cottages without prior notice. Make staff feel like safety is a priority and important to management. Stop leaving us in unsafe scenarios.

Better HMT

Problem 1: My work areas are run down, too dark, leaky, and severely neglected overall.Solution: Renovate ProSouth and Plant Operations "dungeon". Install lighting and replace leaky plumbing.Problem 2: The parking lot and driveways are also very degraded and rough.Solution: Repave the entire campus!Problem 3: Security is stretched too thin, with only one staff member on duty at any given time.Solution: Hire more security staff and additional staff for patient transport. Security should not have to do both.

Compensation and communication

Updating the campus and buildings so the campus doesn't look outdated, old and uninviting. Replacing the heating and air, getting rid of the mold, proper cleaning and sanitizing. Provide better communication to patient contacts, call people back, email people back. Same for department to department communication, other staff dont reply to emails you send or answer their phones.
