I wanted to bring attention to the current condition of the workplace, which is in need of significant improvements. The office requires an overall makeover to create a more functional and welcoming environment. Additionally, we are in need of essential office supplies to support daily operations.It’s also important to note that pest control services are necessary due to health and safety concerns. Addressing this issue promptly will help maintain a clean and safe workspace for staff and visitors.2nd and 3rd shift needs to have security in the access since the door stays open and unlocked throughout the night. Staff should not be approaching walk ins without them being cleared for safety on those two shifts.

Employee wages have to be reviewed and updated. Department structures have to be redesigned for better distribution on duties and a better flow through the chain of command. The food in the cafeteria has to be upgraded and an automatic lunch tracking system would help instead of tickets given out. Employees need better perks, and PTO should be upgraded, as this might improve employee retention. Example, free lunch one day a week for nursing staff, breakroom equipped with snacks where you can use your employee card to purchase.
