Fire people who is not doing their job and stop giving out verbal warnings. Nurses need more mental health awareness and sensitivity when working with patients. MHT should be 2 per unit. Nurses are participating in bullying and harassment like mean girlsI saw an emergency whete the nurse refused to call 911 when it was a medical emergency because she thought the patient was faking it. Refused to touch the patient and yelled at the MHT instead. The nurse was only given a verbal warning and came back to work the next day.

Offering more competitive pay would not only boost staff morale but also aid in attracting and retaining qualified employees. Additionally, providing well-fitted, comfortable, and professional uniforms can contribute to a more cohesive and confident team environment. Improving the quality, variety, and nutritional value of the food available—both for staff and residents can significantly impact daily well-being and satisfaction. Finally, addressing staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage can reduce burnout, improve care quality, and foster a more positive and supportive workplace culture. Investing in these areas can lead to a more efficient, motivated, and dedicated team.

Safety regarding medication management from 1013 patient that arrive overnight. Some of these medications are controlled substances and must be handled appropriately. File cabinets within the access center are falling apart and being held together with duct tape. We need a better system for storing valuables that are put into the safe. When a patient as a walk in needed to be transferred to a hospital for medical clearance, many ambulances leave before the Memorandum Of Transfer is completed. Cooperate recommended that we fax the MOT to the receiving hospital. However, all the printers in the administration building are unable to fax papers to hospitals.
