The Royal Oaks Office Manager (Misty) is superlative: pleasant, efficient and very helpful. The facilities are great too. The value is competitive too. The computer system is being upgraded: that's a good idea because we have a few recycles to get the billing correct and we had to use a lot of paper to start the lease.
