The place is nice and the people in it. The only thing was a longer time to go back to the room and see Dr.

Written instructions would have been much better than a simple verbal explanation. I understand that most medical professionals are very busy, but patients always prefer and appreciate written instructions, as it's easier to follow through when you can refer back to written instructions.

Dr Gandhi is a great doctor. Kind, patient, knowledgeable and an excellent surgeon. I highly recommend Dr. Gandhi for any hand and wrist problems.

As always outstanding customer service. I arrived early to the incorrect location for my 2/13/2026 appt. at the Arlinton. The check-in staff was so nice to inform me where my appt was schedule and gave me the address. When i arrived to the correct location in Fairfax, the check-in person new my name when i walked in and had my chec-in info already up on computer screen. Less than 1 minute i was called in the back and seen. At the end of my appt for my thumb, i asked about up date documents needed for work regarding the use of my tennie shoes. I was gi en contact number for Dr. Sshipper office. They were able to send documents immediately via email. I thank the entire staff and medical team for their patience and helping me get back on track with my health. I already recommend a female friend to the practice. I have another friend thats a male having foot issues I will be referring to dr. Schipper.The doctors explain things in a way the patient can understand and not so quick to recommend surgery as the first option. And I love the doctors bedside manner. If they had doctors for primary care and GYN I would be the first patient. Other practices could leran a great deal from Anderson Clinic. Thanks you all for everything you do it is appreciated.
