i would have appreciated an explanation of treatment by the brace tech and staff introducing themselves. I didn't realize that I wouldn't have an opportunity to ask Dr. Gahndi questions regarding treatment procedure. I tried to follow up with his pre-op tech regarding a lab order twice by telephone on Thursday's and once by email on Friday, and have never received a reply. Pre-op nurse Drayer has been very helpful and is attempting to resolve the issue regarding my lab order and I am hopeful for an answer onMonday, since my surgery is scheduled for Tuesday. I had a tight window for resolution of labs because my appointment with Dr. Gahndi was Wednesday afternoon and surgery is scheduled for Tuesday.

The front desk staff was very efficient in checking me in. X-ray tech took care when positioning my hands knowing I was in pain. Alex the physician’s tech took time to listen to my symptoms before I saw the doctor.Dr. Gandhi asked questions regarding my systems, and answered each one so I understood. Dr. Gandhi explained the medication he was prescribing and other over the counter medications that would help with the pain.Overall experience at The Anderson Clinic was exceptional.Thank you,Andrea LaRoche
