The experience was amazing. I loved how the waiting space is in the middle with the rooms on the outside and then the nurse and doctor left through the back door. Super cool. also my appointment was at 10:30. I arrived early at 10:05, was checked in and called right away. I was done by 10:20. WOW. first time I dint have to wait

Your webpage and app are a disgrace! Very hard to sign into - I think, really don’t know because I really never fully signed in, I think, who knows? Kept telling me to resign in as if I didn’t know my password. Has to be the worst web page I’ve ever worked with. I had been to the office before, why was I forced to try to jump through hoops again as if I’d never been to the office before? Really liked the doctor and the service, but hated the internet experience, enough that if it happens again I’ll be looking for another doctor. What if I want something from the past, I guess I can’t look it up, but who knows? What if I just want notes from this last office visit, who knows? FIX YOU ACT! Oh, I forgot, what’s with your app only working on certain browsers?

I have had knee replacement surgery with Anderson Clinic. And most recently on Tuesday I had carpal tunnel and my elbow repaired. I clicked on the Arlington location because that’s where I saw Dr. Gandhi but he did the surgery at the. Harbor side surgery center, where I was treated with professionalism and much respect. I plan on getting my left wrist Carpal tunnel repaired in the future…….God willing. I know that Dr. Gandhi will be the one to do the surgery. Thank you all so much.

I have seen Dr Rikesh Gandhi several times for different trigger fingers and wrist/tendinitis issues. Every time, my appointments have been efficient and he has been very attentive to address my concerns. I am very happy to get pain relief, and for these painful conditions to be addressed knowledgeably and effectively. I also need to mention that he is a caring person. He is polite and he explains these matters well so that I can understand them and my options for addressing them. I will definitely go back to him with my next ailment—as I get older, everything is falling apart lol.

I really appreciate that the check-in process was smooth, I was seen at my appointment time, and mostly, that Dr. Gandhi is really smart and knowledgeable about the issue I need help with.

My actual surgery was at your Harbor Side facility, the staff their and Dr. Ghandi are amazing! I have been a patient of The Anderson Clinic for a couple of decades, they are the only folks that I trust with my joint issues and I have had joint replacements with them many times!
