Anderson needs to do something about your phone system. When calling from home I keep getting messages that not working phone number and finally have to go back on iPhone and find and listen to messages and then press 8 and wait for someone to get to me. Also this time I did not receive any pre-op instructions either by email or in USPS mail. Because I didn’t receive any instructions from Mary Blanco and had she not called Fridaybefore Monday’s scheduled surgery and wonderful doctors willing to move heaven and earth to get pre op done on Friday I would have had to cancel this surgery that took place on Monday. A real snafu on someone’s part but overall Anderson and Dr Gandhi have treated me extremely well and right now no desire to look elsewhere. However pleas fix your phone system. Has been a problem for much too long!!! Thank you. Mary Love

Short waiting room time. Dr Gandhi listened to me explain my symptoms and discussed my choices. He also explained what to expect agter treatment. I am confident with my treatment and will return when I need to.
