There was a backup at the front desk when I checked in, most likely due to slow IT system or Internet connectivity. I did my online check in the day prior, but of course still had to wait my turn in line.Dr Gandhi was helpful, professional, listened and responded to my questions and concerns. The physician assistant was also helpful and efficient, so I appreciated both of them.
