I was so impressed that I was seen by the dr very close to my appt time. I haven’t had that kind of customer service at any drs office in a decade. I didn’t have to wait in the exam room either. The efficiency was fabulous.I really liked the bedside manner of Dr Ghandi. He was not rushed, explained the diagnosis in layman’s terms, patiently and thoroughly listened to my concerns and questions and answered them in a compassionate manner. I left my appointment feeling like I’d actually been seen and heard and respected, it was a fabulous experience overall.
