Clean community nice amenities professional staff

Elevator 4 still feels extremely unsafe. There are people following cars through the gate and coming straight up to apartments. We have not had to let our friends up since we moved here because they just wait for a car to drive in and come right up to our apartment.

I’ve had a really great experience living here. I haven’t had any issues, and everything is always well taken care of. Parking is easy, the amenities are great, and the whole place feels clean and safe.The neighbors are nice and it’s usually pretty quiet, which I really appreciate. The leasing team is also super responsive and helpful anytime I’ve had a question.Overall, it’s been a really comfortable place to live and I’d definitely recommend it.

People have been following cars into the resident garage and coming straight up the elevators. It feels extremely unsafe without key card access to the elevators. There is only ONE elevator (to the leasing office) that locks after hours. The rest are fair game at any time of day or night, since there are always cars coming in and out. Any time we invite friends over, they just follow a car in to the resident garage and come straight up to our apartment up Elevator 3. People should need to scan their key to access these elevators, or use a call system if they have a tour scheduled. The longer this goes on, the more unsafe this feels.

If we can have more social activities, and if it is possible to clean the dog park twice as it’s hot now, too many dogs are there . Thank u
