Everyone my husband and I have toured with have been very kind, welcoming, and attentive. They took the time to thoroughly show us the different room types and layouts and were very honest about the different features and what others have said. We've had the best experience with the leasing associates and touring the place. They were a big contributing factor to why we decided to move forward with moving to Rivair.

I viewed 8 different apartment communities, and Rivair was the nicest one of them all. Nathalia was extremely thorough in the tour she gave me, and I appreciated being able to see multiple apartments at Rivair so that I could pick the unit that fit me best. I love the designs of the apartments, which make them feel more like luxury condos than apartments. The full size washer/dryer is appreciated. This complex also has the nicest looking fitness center, and a luxurious rooftop heated saltwater pool. Being able to lease a second parking spot was also a requirement for me. I will also say, the 4 weeks free and the lock and lease incentives sealed the deal for me, and I’m excited to live in a brand new home that has never been lived in before!

Rafael is the best representative in San Diego, definitely incredible asset for the Rivier apt complex. Clean beautiful brand new apts, open areas, pool gym and views.
