https://www.homebody.com/products/rent-reportingI rated 8 because it was almost perfect, minus a few little things that could improve.What could have made it perfect is matching another local offer: one month free credit applies to tenant's general ledger, and thus, can be "applied towards utilities."And upon leaving, the "leftover" (from the one free month) returns back to the tenant (along with the cleaning deposit).This "move in offer" includes the optional subscription to the link above, which reports timely rent to credit bureaus, improving renter's credit score.Also, they have a strict "non-smoking policy" (this includes banning medical marijuana, requiring another medical alternative), and are opting for this under "federal law."I was really hoping Rivair apartments would match this offer, so I can move in Dec 8. I have a HCV, which translates to, guaranteed rent for your business. I am a very peaceful and clean tenant. I don't smoke, drink, do drugs, party. I am not noisy, I don't have guests (unless they're workers), I keep to myself, and I follow all the rules. Therefore, I know we would do really well together.Besides that, all I can think of is, the answering system's quality (perhaps their mutual access to accurate updates) could improve.For ex, my worker and I agreed her availability was only a couple of times during a certain week, so I scheduled us. Later, a Black woman (forgot name) said it was non-existent, and, when asked about what happened, she said the person who scheduled it put down as tomorrow's appointment using a past date (didn't explain further).My worker is now completely booked and preparing to go on vacation. This created a delay in my decision-making and application, since I was really needing her take on the two offers, and we had already seen the first one.(This was not the HCV worker, but the case manager worker who coordinates with the HCV worker to ensure accuracy and efficiency). Later, someone said the two systems might not be updating correctly.Other than that, I loved everything else about Rivair. I especially liked that Rafael has a humble and happy personality, besides being very approachable to ask questions. I assume this survey is specifically asking about Rafael as the leasing agent, so I will answer it accordingly. Thank you!

Was really nice and the host did very well. Respect is a good respect. She was professional and info the price was little over budget for long term rental we wanted short term lease that u don’t offer unfortunately

Rafael was great - took his time and didn't make us feel rushed at all. The amenities were lovely and we were shown several options

Raphael is the reason I gave a five star rating.He is knowledgeable about the property, and patient . I have dealt with many other leasing agents at other properties who aren't. Rivair itself was excellent and Raphael was a fantastic agent to work with. He was accommodating, flexible, and knowledgeable on the property and area. He made the process easy, answered all our questions thoroughly, and went out of his way to be helpful. Highly recommend!

Because Raphael was a very good host a very good agent and very informative and he knew what he was talking about and very graceful and I like his personality he was good at what he was doing he was good at giving me the tour
