Masker gave us a wonderful tour. He took all the time we needed to feel comfortable and he was very conversational. We truly enjoyed our time with him and at the property.

The office manager was very kind and patient and thorough with showing me the apartment and all the amenities available.

I generally like living at Den Rock Apartments. However it is troubling that five out of seven windows in my apartment have been broken since before I moved in. Office staff was made away immediately and they are still broken two years later. It is upsetting as a woman that lives on the ground floor and it causes a high heating and ac bill since the apartment is extremely drafty. Other than that the office staff is very nice and Shawn in maintence is great and very helpful.

He was patient with me wanting to see more than 1 unit.

-Towing our car without any notice- Repair that are not effective- Neighbor that are extremely not respective that we noticed the leasing office but they didn’t do anything.- Energy very high that was told that it wasn’t going to be- Apartment that has mold on the windows- Intercom was never fixed- Rats that are found inside the apartment- Trash that stays in dumpster for DAYS- People that DO NOT LIVE in the property and that come to get recycle trash in the dumpster

Friendly, and he interacted with the residents. It shows a great sense of community which is important to me.

Masker was able to create a comfortable environment throughout the tour as well as take the time to answer all of our questions. We really appreciated his hospitality and the detailed walkthrough of the property.

We had a great experience at River Pointe! My only constructive feedback is I would have appreciated receiving move out instructions from the office. We ended up asking directly because it hadn't been shared.
