Living at the complex for over 12 years was great. The last 4 years were a bit of a struggle and with the increase in rent pricing, I was forced to look elsewhere. When I submitted my notice that I was not renewing, there were no real instructions or communication. I cleaned and patched where I hung pictures. I left prior to my actual lease end date, and returned to vacuum the unit, finding the unit was left unlocked after the retrieval of a floor AC unit. When I mentioned it at the key drop off, I received an eye roll and shrug.
