The maintenance man Gil deserved 10 stars! My vehicle was trapped inside my garage, as the door would only open about 2 ft before getting stuck due to the old/broken metal spring. Gil was able to assess the problem and follow-through in order to solve the issue, which showed he is knowledgable in his craft. I was in a bit of a rush, as I needed to be somewhere, so his timeliness was greatly appreciated. He was very helpful, professional, and got the job done quickly with efficiency.

My work was completed promptly. River Ranch Townhomes have been responsive and timely to my service request, from replacing my mailbox key, to fixing my kitchen sink. The front office is always there to assist and John and Saul are great about reaching out and following up on any questions/concerns. Neighbors are nice and overall feels like a great community.
