We are currently having an issue with Rats and roaches outside building 1.

The management team seem deceitful with their answers about fixing items on the unit ( saying parts have being order or they would fix thing that got “ overlooked “ before we got the unit.)

The repair in one of the bedroom still had to be repaid ben about 6 months

The statf is pleasant. There were a few minor hiccups, which was resolved by speaking with upper management. Overall, I appreciate the customer service and I appreciate the maintenance crew. They are really nice and do what they say.

Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. There are only some small details that were not 100% optimal but they are working to resolve them, that is the important thing. Everything is very calm in the community so far, thank God. And I always see children playing freely, which says a lot about the joy and security of the community. We like it. The maintenance staff is also very friendly. And the office always answers me kindly and helps with my questions.
