If this is regarding the sink strainer replacement, please note, we took the broken one to the office and a maintenance person, very nicely brought a replacement to our door - that was the extent of the service. That is why 5s were selected - you don't offer not applicable. The 7 for the recommend - don't know anyone who would be interested in living out in this area.

Location of the townhome I live in is nice, the view is beautiful. In need of upgrades to kitchen and bathrooms, flooring poorly done. I do appreciate the community as a whole.
