All the maintenance crew is easy to work with. They are informative and always get things done right on the first attempt.

Security gate open after 7pm most of the time. Too many cars parked over 72 hrs without movement. This was not an issue e few years back.

I would recommend this apartment community because my overall experience has been wonderful. Special thanks to John for helping me to process my lease application and ensuring a smooth and seamless experience up to the day I moved in with my family. The maintenance team is always responsive and very detailed in their work. They also clean up after the repairs are done. The community is very safe. Overall it’s great living here.

I would recommend this complex because it is kept very clean and the apartments are very nice inside. The maintenance is great and dependable and respectful. It’s near to all you need stores freeways etc, as well as great schools.

When Mauricio shows up at my door. I know he is there to do a fast and efficient job. He is educated in his field of work, nice and respectful. He gets the job done right the first time. I appreciate his dedication to serve the GHP community. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mauricio is the best maintenance worker at GHP. He handles every job with a sense of urgency. He nice, knowledgeable and reliable. I put in an emergency service request for my water heater after office hours. Mauricio arrived at my door within minutes to relight it. He is absolutely the best!
