One, I would recommend the property for the cleanliness that maintenance keeps up the property. Two, I wouldn't recommend this property or apartment because the price is too high.

I would not recommend this apartment community to any one because I still smell mold in my apartment. We went away for 2 days and when we returned my apartment still smells like there is mold in here.

The service was not carried out because there is a need to change the compressor. It's been a week since we've been without AC and we're waiting for the problem to be resolved.
