The gentleman who came in was super nice, informative and helpful. Was an easy fix.My only feedback is that sometimes I will request maintenance to come on certain days and they don’t. I understand they have a crazy schedule and need to do jobs as they can. However I would love to schedule work. My work schedule is very all over the place. They have tried to come by as I’m getting ready, when I have barely slept super early etc. and once the head guy walked in on my husband in the shower. I will note that Nathan and the gentleman with the glasses and white beard are really considerate and helpful though.
