The maintenance staff is excellent and I have no issue with them. Our hot water repeatedly goes out and needs to be fixed multiple times per week. Management could fix the problem but would rather have us wait months to have a new part arrive under warranty. We will be taking legal action soon.

We had a great time on our tour. Emily, who showed us around was very helpful. She was informative and knowledgeable on the questions we had.

I’ve been living in the RiverPark Community since 2022 and it’s been a really good experience overall. Maintenance requests aren’t needed often and when they are, things are taken care of quickly.

But not based on many other things. This mainenence (fixing of my door knob, which suddenly would not open) was done excellently and quickly!

I was impressed with the property, the apartments offered, and the representative was informative and patient.
