This place is horrible. The office staff is incompetent. When I email the manager, Ashley, she never responds. I’m still waiting for my work order to be properly fixed not just half of it done. My hot water keeps going off and I have no heater but I get no response from the office nor is the problem resolved. It’s been over a week.

Great Service

Takes too long to get things done around here. Like painting, carpet, and wood floors the floors are an extra 200$ a month. Who has that just sitting around? They want us to pay for everything. The roof has not been repaired in a while. Still leaking water in my bedroom. For a person living here for 14 years should be the first priority. Parking is really a problem as well. And now you have to pay 200$ a month for parking at your own residence. It's just really annoying. Also, the building itself needs to be painted. If they did that we would have better residents here. They have a lot of work to do here. Not to mention they need professional employees in that office. They are always fighting with the residents about simple things that can be fix with a smile. It's like when residents walk in you can tell they are in a tense mood. I mean if you don't like your job look for another one. I hope you get my point. People need to listen and show more compassion. We have enough going on in this world. Good Lord.

I started most of the process for my mom and from start to finish very unorganized unprofessional and the staff isn't very knowledgeable of what they're saying versus what's on paper and it took way too long for my mom to get in here almost a month so no I would not be recommending as far as moving in here

I love my apartment. As previously noted the floor in the living room has a few marks on it., however I am planning on putting a rug down so I don't need them replaced. Please make note that they were there when I moved in si I am not responsible for damage. Also, where is the temperature fixture? How do I adjust the air and heat?

The apartment complex is professional at all times always when needed they show up in a timely manner and reporting a problem
