Maintenance from apartment is good , but some apartment residents do not follow rule. They threw junks anywhere and keep clubroom without reservations.

Too many automated spam text messages. No guided tour offered. Most of the amenities were under renovation. Fob provided didn’t open one of the exterior doors in path I was sent. Property looked run down/cluttered, and yet expensively priced.

Consistent leasing problems throughout entire leasing process. Lack of clear communications. Terrible management. Constant unsafe elevator conditions. Disgusting apartment cleanliness at move in. Disgusting lack of upkeep in trash rooms.

There is a consistent lack of prioritization of critical issues that directly impact residents, including securing an enforceable and safe package room, maintaining a functioning elevator, and providing clear, timely communication about maintenance timelines and updates. Given the rent being charged, the quality of the appliances is unacceptably low. While I understand the complexity of managing a large apartment complex, that does not justify delayed maintenance requests or temporary “band-aid” fixes that fail to resolve underlying problems.Upon move-in, we were also required to deep clean the apartment despite being told it had already been cleaned. There were sticky residues on the walls, heavy dust throughout the unit, and visible nicks and holes that we had to repair ourselves. Most concerning, however, is how residents are treated when bringing these issues to the leasing office. Requests for help are often met with passive-aggressive or dismissive responses, with responsibility shifted onto residents for problems such as stolen packages from a locked package room, lack of communication around building maintenance, or stolen bicycles from secured storage. Rather than support or accountability, these interactions are consistently hostile and unhelpful.

Management is absolutely horrendous. They don’t know anything and will hide behind the monitors when you walk into the office in order to try and avoid you, will constantly give out wrong information, wont handle any serious requests, ignores tenants’ concerns, and treats tenants with disrespect. Shameful.

I haven't seen the grounds yet and filling out an application action on line isn't working.
